NHS Surrey and Sussex has established Board Assurance Committees to support the Board and the Executive in fulfilling their responsibilities by reviewing the comprehensiveness, reliability and integrity of assurances.
The Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee are statutory Committees which NHS Surrey and Sussex is required to establish — these are referred to in our Constitution.
